The theme of the design is a mix of neo-classic fusion with 1930s Shanghai style, currently partially furnished to give tenant a feel, but leaves ample space and flexibility to add additional furniture in different rooms (some rooms are purposely left empty for tenant’s own creativity). Existing furniture are all custom made. The same manufacturer provides furniture for Versace cafe, Luxury items’ showroom (et. Versace, Gucci etc) as well as many five star hotels.
