The clubhouse at this compound is truly something. It’s a mammoth sized building that starts on the top of a hill and descends several floors belowground. Inside, there are premium, members-only clubhouse facilities and an underground parking facility. The clubhouse includes an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, children’s play area, meeting rooms, a breakfast dining room, etc. Aside from the parking garage, there are two main entrances to the clubhouse: the hilltop entrance, as well as a discreet, ground floor side entrance. Either way, proof of membership is required to use the facilities.
Excluding the clubhouse, the hilltop is lush and nature-filled. A small greenery, bordered by benches with leafy overhangs, is positioned on top. The paths running up and down the hill take residents through thickly-lined walkways, over a bridge, by a pond, etc. Most of the area surrounding the hill is taken up by residential high-rises, though there’s also an outdoor playground for children.
